We offer an optimal first point of contact for all Germans who are considering emigrating from Germany to Bulgaria!
This is a complex in Aheloy! The facility has 3 swimming pools, free sunbeds, tennis court, sports field, ping-pong table, massage, and many other amenities!
The complex is 300 meters from the sandy beach! Within walking distance, you'll find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, post office, bank, etc. The facility is open year-round, and more than ten German families already live here permanently! The complex has more than 200 apartments of various sizes!
We offer fully furnished apartments for rent:
Studio (about 45 m2) – 200 euros, with sea view – 250 euros.
This apartment is an example. There are several of these apartments available for long-term rent. Until the rental contract is registered, the apartment will be supplied with industrial electricity; after about one month, this will be switched to household electricity.
Prices are monthly, with a minimum rental period of 12 months and a valid Bulgarian rental contract! Shorter rental periods are possible with a small surcharge.
We charge a one-time deposit of 2 months' rent and a commission of 0.5 months' rent.
You may bring your own furniture! If you don't need our furniture, we can store it for a small fee!
