This is a complex in Aheloy! The facility includes 3 swimming pools, free sunbeds, tennis court, sports field, ping-pong table, massage, and many other amenities!
The complex is located 300 meters from the sandy beach! Within walking distance, you'll find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, post office, bank, etc. The facility is open year-round, and more than ten German families already live here permanently! The complex has more than 200 apartments of various sizes!
We offer fully furnished apartments for rent:
This apartment is an example, and several similar apartments are available for rent.

2-bedroom apartments (about 65 m²) – 250 euros, with sea view – 300 euros.
The prices are monthly with a minimum rental period of 12 months and a valid Bulgarian rental contract! Shorter rental periods are possible with a small surcharge.
We charge a one-time deposit of 2 months' rent and a commission of 0.5 months' rent.
You can also bring your own furniture! If you don't need our furniture, we can store it for a small fee!
Until the rental contract is registered and the Litschnakarte (personal ID card) is obtained, the apartments will have industrial electricity. After that, the electricity will be converted to household electricity, which takes about a week.

Aheloy is a small town on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, located about 6 kilometers north of Pomorie and 14 kilometers south of Nessebar. The town is near the Aheloy River and offers beautiful views of the Black Sea.
