The town is famous for its beautiful landscape, surrounded by forests. 10 km south of Primorsko is a nature reserve of about 50 hectares that is fully preserved. In recent years, the town has grown rapidly and is now one of the most popular areas along the Black Sea coast, attracting both foreign and Bulgarian tourists.

The villa complex consists of eight villas, grouped in pairs and surrounded by a beautiful garden with an oval swimming pool. The resort is built on a hillside, as seen in the pictures. All the houses have a magnificent view of the Black Sea and the large forest area they border.

Each villa consists of two floors, comprising:
3 bedrooms — each equipped with two beds
1 living room — with a sofa bed and a dining table for eight people
Kitchen — fully equipped with a stove, fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine
3 bathrooms with a shower
Air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms
3 balconies/terraces with garden furniture for 6 people.
We are renting out this house on a long-term basis, for at least 6 months, but preferably 12 months.
The deposit is one month's rent, and the agency commission is also one month's rent!
Viewings are possible at any time!
