We offer a spacious three-room apartment with 2 bedrooms (1: double bed 2x1.80m, 2: 2 single beds 2x0.90m set as a double bed) and a large living room with an integrated large kitchen! The sofa in the living room can also be used as a sleeper couch (2x1.42m). The apartment has a 10-meter-long balcony with a pool view and sunlight almost all day! The apartment has 2 air conditioners and a TV with German channels! The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee machine (portafilter), kettle, dishes, cutlery, sink, and more!

The bedrooms come with dressing tables, wardrobes, and bed linen!

The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink! 10% deposit upon booking, payment by credit card or bank transfer. 40% two weeks before arrival, the rest upon arrival. In case of no-show, the 10% deposit is non-refundable. Pets are allowed with an additional cleaning fee of 25 EUR. Deposit 25 EUR extra.
